RISK MANAGEMENT

 

A Risk Management Programme (RMP) aims to assist the operator to identify, control, manage and eliminate food safety hazards that are related to manufacturing procedures, especially when processing food made from animal products. As such, to develop, register and verify a Risk Management Programme - that we suggest should be specifically tailored to meet your business needs - you will need access to detailed knowledge of laws and regulations, and of course, practical experience and expertise.
